Shipping Policy

All items are made to order meaning they are specially made for you and go through various processes before being ready for dispatch. Smaller items will take less time and the bigger the item the more time it will take. General shipping time for products like Wall Clock, Wall Arts, Wire Art etc. are sent within 4-7 working days. Customize orders can take more time because these are artistic items and handmade.
Once the items are shipped we will share the tracking number with you with the help of which you can track the status online.
The delivery time may vary depending on the location. Items once shipped are beyond our control, however we may follow up with the shipping partner if there is any delay.
For any order cancellations, We believe in 100% customer satisfaction. In case you wish to cancel an order due to any reason write to us at info@squaro.in within 8 hours of ordering and we will be happy to assist you.

NOTE: Orders cannot be cancelled/altered after 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return if there is non-acceptance. For COD orders, squaro reserves the right to deny future orders. we require an email within 4 hours of the order being placed. If the order is shipped out, cancellations will not be accepted. We will be unable to process any refund if an order is cancelled at the doorstep or if there have been 3 failed attempts to deliver the parcel by our delivery partner.

We give the estimated time of delivery on the shipping page. However, these are indicative and depend on our shipping partner.

There can be further delays due to ongoing situation of pandemic. During the pandemic we cannot commit on a specific date or time for shipping/delivery.
Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed as these items are made for you.
